I love getting my weekly meals from Shore Fresh prep. The food is amazing and stays within my daily macros. It has provided me with healthier options; when I don’t have time to cook and prepare food . There is a great variety to choose from . The muffin and donuts are my go to for my sweet tooth ! The food is really amazing and fresh .
While I am not using Shore Fresh to lose weight, I enjoy the delicious meals with my two year old daughter who gobbles up the bourbon glazed salmon. It’s so nice to enjoy nutritional meals without the chaos of food shopping, cooking and cleaning. The protein balls are a great snack for us as well. Life is better with Shore Fresh.
Shore Fresh Meal Prep is the perfect way to stay healthy while eating delicious food!!I was in the market for a meal prep service as a busy new mom. I’m so happy I found SF. The food is delicious! From their chicken meatballs to their tofu you can’t go wrong. The customer service is incredible. I am mostly vegetarian and there are MANY delicious options for me which is rare for a meal prep service. The tofu dishes are cooked perfectly and very flavorful! The tofu stir fry is my favorite. Definitely try the tofu on your next meatless Monday!
I decided to Google meal prep places in my area on a whim and came across sure fresh. I ordered the five meals and couldn't have been happier with the outcome! This was a big Mac ball and obviously… I didn't like it LOL can't wait to try the other four meals and cannot wait to use these guys again and again!
I have to say that I was quite surprised at how good their meals are. I am a devoted customer. I enjoy cooking but find my time to be limited these days. If I add up what I spend in preparing my own meals as opposed to buying prepared meals from Shore Fresh...it's an easy decision. No commitment. You can stop in there to try their food before you order. They have meals for sale in the store. I do the 9 for 99.00 and have not been disappointed. I do also like the salmon terriakki that I order specifically. And they sell an ice cream made from egg whites called Orka.... delicious. My time is valuable these days with work and family obligations so I LOVE this company. Teri
I ve been using Shore fresh for 3 years now. I have lost well over 100 lbs since I started. I find it more cost effective than buying groceries for the week. Meals are always great.
I love to go to Shore Fresh, everyone that works there is so pleasant and nice. I like the variety of food choices and I don’t have to cook myself. I tried some online meal prep companies in the past, once I found Shore Fresh I was hooked!
If I could give Shore Fresh Meal Prep 100 stars I would. I've never had such caring amazing great customer service AND their food is great! My father has had health issues and needs a low sodium diet. I live in another state and feel helpless at times so they take worrying about his meals off my plate. Shore Fresh has bent over backwards to work around our needs. I've been in the hospital visiting my father for 8 days straight, they are accommodating delivery around our hospital visit. I'm so touched by their kindness and truly appreciate it. I highly highly recommend Shore Fresh Meal Prep and so thankful I found them.
My husband and I have been ordering from Shore Fresh Meal Prep since they opened. I wanted provide an overall summary of our experience. Paired with a consistent workout regime and a healthier diet, including meals from Shore Prep, my husband and I lost over 90 lbs together over the years. I included one picture of one of my favorite meals, Eggplant Meatballs over whole wheat pasta. I never thought I say this, but like them better than beef meatballs. Some additional menu items we consistently order are; sweet potatoe quesadillas, winter harvest, chili lime salmon, filet, flank, breakfast burrito, peanut butter protein balls, low carb chicken burger, low carb turkey burger, and chicken chili. The variety of items offered is fabulous. You can also adjust meals to hold the carbs. You can swap carbs for cauliflower rice or zuchini noodles. Shore Fresh is always adding new menus in addition to bringing back old favorites. We order online through their easy to use app or website. Their meals are portioned and healthy, but they always have delicious fun options to keep things interesting such as chicken parmesan sliders, bang bang shrimp tacos, big mac wrap or salad, to name a few. There is currently no delivery fee. We will be posting more specific reviews of some of our favorite items in the future. Lastly, the owner is by far one of the most nicest business owners, I ever encountered. I was way overdue to give this review.
I wanted a healthier diet. Portion controlled as well as fats, proteins, carbs, etc. Started using Shore Fresh over a month ago. Their meals are enough to eat. Sometimes it feels like too much for me, so I finish out the day with a light salad. It is great. My time is limited, so it cuts the cooking out. They have a large variety of meals that fit the household from chicken, steak, to salmon. And you can choose your starch or vegetables online. You can make a quick stop and pick up something in the fridge. Love that we started.
